My Story

The journey of HarmoniZen Sound Bath Meditation began with a single, transformative moment. The first time I heard the resonant tones of a crystal singing bowl, I was captivated. The pure, ethereal sounds calmed my mind, igniting a deep desire to explore this remarkable form of relaxation further.

Fueled by this newfound passion, I acquired my first set of crystal singing bowls and immersed myself in practice. Recognizing the impact these sounds had on my own well-being, I sought to deepen my understanding by obtaining an online certification in crystal sound bowl healing. This training equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively harness the transformative power of sound.

My journey didn’t stop with crystal bowls. Wanting to expand the auditory experience, I incorporated Koshi chimes and an ocean drum into my practice. Each new instrument added a unique layer to the soundscape, enriching the overall experience and enhancing its therapeutic effects.

Creating a calm and nurturing environment is at the heart of what I do. Every session is designed to envelop participants in a cocoon of soothing sounds, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. I strive to offer more than just a sound experience; I aim to provide a sanctuary where individuals can escape the stresses of daily life and reconnect with their inner selves.

What To Expect

During a sound meditation session, participants typically lie down in a comfortable position, close their eyes, and simply listen to the sounds. The practitioner will play various instruments, creating a rich tapestry of sounds that wash over and through you. Each session is unique, tailored to create a deeply immersive and restorative experience.

How To Prepare
